Shipping Policy

Contingent upon product availability, orders placed before 2:30 pm PST are processed and shipped on the SAME DAY Monday through Friday! Products ship primarily from Southern California.

To maintain our position as a price leader some items are shipped to our customers directly from Manufactures. This means that it could take up to 3 Weeks for your product to be delivered from Hong Kong. we do our best to pass on the savings to you.

Orders for multiple items might be shipped in separate shipments if part of the order is not immediately available in our stock so that you receive the available items as soon as possible for your convenience. NeedBattery.com will not charge extra shipping costs for orders that are sent in separate shipments.

Domestic shipping
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders shipped to 48 continental states of United States for orders over $100. With the exception of UPS and SLA Batteries.

Domestic shipping will be 50% off actual rate for orders that weight less than 50 LBS. All UPS/SLA battery Orders that weight more than 50 lbs will be charged 50% shipping Rates. Orders under 1 lb are shipped via USPS Standard Mail. All other orders are shipped FedEx OR UPS Ground .

Shipments outside the contiguous US
Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and International customers will vary based on the weight of the order and destination. The exact shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process online. Estimated Delivery Times

Note:
   -We do not ship to PO BOXES! Providing a PO Box address might delay your shipment!
   -Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not counted when calculating shipping times.
   -USPS Mail deliveries do not require a signature. FedEx deliveries always require a signature. USPS
         shipments cannot be tracked.
   -We ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping on all orders at a higher price. If your product is not in stock and you chose expedited shipping, you will be notified the same day of your order that your product is not in stock. If you would still like to keep your order with us, we can modify your shipping charges so that you are charged normal shipping rates. SLA batteries cannot be shipped via air and must be ground shipment so if you chose expedited shipping your order will be modified to a lower rate and shipped via ground service instead.

Partial Shipping

If you look on your order and notice that item/s have been removed please note that there was no ETA for the remainder of your order so we have removed the remaining item/s and you were only charged for what was shipped to you

Order Cancellations and Return Policy

Our policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price.

Disclaimer: Our replacement products may not be the Original Equipment from the Manufacturer, however they are tested and are certified to be 100% OEM Compatible. Many times our products are the only replacement as the manufacturer does not carry or no longer supports a particular device. Returns for items based on the reason that it is not from the manufacturer are not valid and will not be honored. Any return that is received will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for violating these terms.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so by: Logging onto your account, http://www.needbattery.com/MyAccount/CancelOrder.html click on request to CANCEL, select which order you wish to cancel. A cancellation request will be pending until the system completely voids your order. You will receive an email once your order has been completely cancelled. If you do not receive an email stating that your order has been cancelled then please contact us either by email or by phone to verify your order status. Also, please note that your credit card is not charged until your order has actually been shipped. Any action on your credit card is only for our system to verify that your account is valid. Any activity will only be pending and will disappear once your order is cancelled. Depending on your banking institution this may take 1-2 days.
