Shipping Policy

Contingent upon product availability, orders placed before 3:30 pm PST are processed and shipped on the SAME DAY Monday through Friday! Products ship primarily from Southern California.

Orders for multiple items might be shipped in separate shipments if part of the order is not immediately available in our stock so that you receive the available items as soon as possible for your convenience. NeedBattery.com will not charge extra shipping costs for orders that are sent in separate shipments.

Domestic shipping
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders shipped to 48 continental states of United States over $100.
Orders under $100 and/or under ½ lb are shipped via USPS Standard Mail. All other orders are shipped FedEx Ground.

Shipments outside the contiguous US
Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and International customers will vary based on the weight of the order and destination. The exact shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process online. Estimated Delivery Times

   -We do not ship to PO BOXES! Providing a PO Box address might delay your shipment!
   -Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not counted when calculating shipping times.
   -Orders under $100 are eligible for USPS shipping. You may want to add another item for faster FREE
         FedEx Ground shipping.
   -USPS Mail deliveries do not require a signature. FedEx deliveries always require a signature. USPS
         shipments cannot be tracked.
   -We ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS.

Order Cancellations and Return Policy

Our policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price.

Disclaimer: Our replacement products may not be the Original Equipment from the Manufacturer, however they are tested and are certified to be 100% OEM Compatible. Many times our products are the only replacement as the manufacturer does not carry or no longer supports a particular device. Returns for items based on the reason that it is not from the manufacturer are not valid and will not be honored. Any return that is received will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for violating these terms.
